Adam Fletcher

Adam is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He began his recruitment career as a trainee and quickly became a top-biller, this progressed to board-level leadership roles at global firms, including Adecco and Manpower Group.
Over a decade ago, Adam made the successful transition from operator to investor, co-founding Ignata, a high-growth recruitment platform supported by funding from Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity. Ignata made multiple acquisitions and became a leading “buy and build” platform in the recruitment sector.
Adam then leveraged his expertise and black book network to establish a highly successful advisory firm, guiding recruitment company owners on growth, operational improvements, and exit strategies. This culminated in Adam joining forces with one of those clients, where he led the M&A investment strategy for a boutique private equity firm.
A passionate advocate for the recruitment industry, served for many years as a judge for the Talint Annual Recruitment Awards, and 4 years as an advisory board member of APSCo.
